DDI 2004

Hear ye! Hear he! Hear ye!
First of all, I want to thank everyone for their input and suggestions. Believe me we considered each and every one of them (some longer than others ).
We wanted someplace that addressed what we perceived as problems at our first gathering, and after much consideration and gnashing of teeth, we settled on September 4-11 at Little Cayman Beach Resort on Little Cayman, BWI. This is a very highly rated all-inclusive resort, that met all of our criteria and offered us a great package for DDI 2004.
Airfare from Miami to Little Cayman, transfers and taxes, and resort (not divemaster) gratuities are included. Also included are breakfast/lunch/dinner incl. coffee/tea/juices (no more Taco Bell for Steve and Belinda).
We will have 6 days of 2-tank dives, one nite dive, and (conditionally) one dive on the MV Keith Tibbets.
Afternoon dives and one additional nite dive are optional and can be purchased on island. Nitrox is available as an extra cost option as well.
We're still working on guest speakers, but in general we're leaning more toward peer to peer photo sharing/critiques and group discussions that we never quite found time for last time.
Good news on the DDI competition front, Rand has declined to compete this year and will be a judge instead giving others a chance at some prizes!
All of the details and the price structure are at http://www.digitaldiver.net/ddi.php.
We sincerely hope you can join us for what promises to be another great DDI!

Looks like a great spot!! Great Choice! I'll be going, just need to see who's going with me. The wife may go, maybe Michael, or my brother, NCrekdvr, or all will make it. We'll see!
