My hat's off to ya for diving and shooting in those conditions!
My favorite was Hannibal, I think mostly it was the cool angle.
On that shot there was a little blowout on his claws. Turning the strobe so that it isn't directly at the subject might have helped. If this was already done, then a lower strobe power might be necessary. Other than that you may have got the best pic you could under those conditions. Unless you shot a bunch of bracketed shots, you may never know.
Best advice for shooting in those conditions is to not aim your strobe directly at the subject, as Chuck said, and get even closer by going full wide.
I think for more effecient help in shooting, it is important to include EXIF and some other details like strobe power. Was this a RAW or is this the jpg straight out of the camera? RAW would have been nice here to get a better WB and to darken the shadows.
These shots look like they are straight outta the box, which is good for getting help on shooting. I took the liberty of cleaning up one with photoshop just for the fun of it. A little tweaking of the high and mid contrasts, levels to remove some cast (although I added some red cast just for some color) and healing and blur for some of the worst backscatter. Then unsharp mask. Probably could be done better with more time invested.
