This was my Wife Kim's and my second visit to Saba.  We were there 2 years ago for a week.  We decided to go for 2 weeks this time and really glad we did.

Saba is 28 miles South of St. Martin and is a five square mile dormant volcano.  There are no beaches and consequently no shore diving. There is little to do but relax and dive on this island.  The dive sites are numerous and within a 5-10 min boat ride from the port.

The ride in by air is exciting as you land on the shortes commercial air strip in the world.  Looks like an aircraft carrier.

This was my first chance to use my Oly 5050 PT-015, and Inon WAL, and180 strobe in a really choice diving spot.  I shot over 600 images, and had a blast.  The Accomodations at Queen's Garden Resort were great. Here's a link to some of the better pics.

You can get batteries in Saba but that is about it for U/W photo supplies.  There are several Dive Shops and they are well stocked with dive equipment.
