- Entries must have been created with a digital camera. Digital scans of film images
are not eligible.
- Files:
- JPG (JPEG) files only!
- Limit submissions to 640 pixels on the longest side
- Limit file size to 100kb
- By submitting an image to any Digital Diver Competition, you agree to the following:
- You affirm that you are the artist (photographer) and owner of publication rights
for the photo you submit.
- You have read and understand these rules and regulations.
- You irrevocably grant Tio Loco, LLC, dba DigitalDiver.net
non-exclusive rights to publish the submitted image on the DigitalDiver.net web site.
- Members may submit up to three entries per competition
- Photos which have placed (1st, 2nd or 3rd) in prior DDNet photo competitions are
not eligible for subsequent competitions.
- Any violation of these rules or attempt to fraudulently affect the outcome of a
DigitalDiver.net competition may result in disqualification from the current and
furture DigitalDiver.net competitions.
- Qualification standards for entries and voters will be set by DigitalDiver.net
on a contest by contest basis.
- In the event of a tie vote involving a prize award, a panel of judges, composed of
non-contestants will be appointed by
the DigitalDiver.net administrators to select a winner from the tied entries.
- The decision of DigitalDiver.net administrators in regards to interpretations of these
rules and regulations or other aspects of any DigitalDiver.net competition is final.
